Hard luck to the 1st and 2nd yr Basketball Teams who had losses in their opening matches against Loreto Convent, Navan. 1st yrs had some good scores with a final score line of 26-20. Some great play and scores by S. O’Connor and U. Mitchell.
The 2nd yrs had a low scoring game and despite leading for the majority of the match they were narrowly defeated. Final score 10-8 to Loreto. Best of luck in the matches to come
